The hexagonal burr is both a puzzle to figure out the assembly and dis-assembly sequence, and a puzzle in terms of working out the geometry of how the sticks are notched. I initially figured it would be a 30˚/60˚ notching angle, but, uh-uh, that's not it.

~CAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14328401081765407624noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6261993076995357307.post-81070117585483519502014-10-07T05:43:16.717-04:002014-10-07T05:43:16.717-04:00Whao!

Lets hope it comes to fruition, Chris.Diyguyshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08037908878323873917noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6261993076995357307.post-74795077889642048232014-10-05T14:28:56.702-04:002014-10-05T14:28:56.702-04:00Paul,

With the above though, I was pleased with the first sketch. I could play around a bit more in the design with using backed hexagonal legs perhaps, though I fear they might have to be on the overly chunky side to accommodate the triple stretcher tenons.

~CAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14328401081765407624noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6261993076995357307.post-91013788639509106632014-10-05T10:00:01.805-04:002014-10-05T10:00:01.805-04:00Great stuff AGAIN, Chris!!!!Great stuff AGAIN, Chris!!!!Julie @ followyourheartwoodworkinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12186806888262891917noreply@blogger.com
